Edo record first coronavirus case :35 cases now confirmed in Nigeria.

The official Twitter account of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC  has confirmed the number of coronavirus cases in the country is now 35.


Edo state has been added to list of states with infected people.

Five new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Nigeria.  Two in FCT, Two in Lagos and One in Edo.

Two cases are returning traveller's from the UK.

As at 09:45am on 23rd March, there are 35 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria. Two have been discharged.
